Preventative Maintenance

Service Description

Our preventative maintenance home service starts by getting to know your home. We will schedule a visit and complete a detailed inspection and at the end we will discuss with you any specific needs for your home. Following the inspection, we'll recommend whether we should setup a monthly or quarterly preventative maintenance visits. During our monthly or quarterly pre-scheduled visits we will preform as needed maintenance on your home. Some of the services included, but not limited to, the Preventative Maintenance package: - Changing AC filters - Test smoke detectors and replace batteries if needed. - Check and flush the hot water heater. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any late cancellation fees.
